These terms govern your use of Qargo.expo.cy. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Marketplace role

Qargo.expo.cy is a marketplace connecting shippers with logistics providers. We are not a carrier or freight forwarder and do not take title to goods.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Companies are responsible for the activity of their members.

3. Verification

Providers must submit accurate licensing, VAT, and insurance documents. We may suspend accounts where verification fails or appears fraudulent.

4. Quotes & contracts

A quote accepted by a shipper forms a transport contract directly between the shipper and the provider. Qargo.expo.cy is not a party to that contract.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, fraud, harassment, scraping, or circumvention of platform fees. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qargo.expo.cy is not liable for losses arising from transport contracts between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
